Activities, Involvement & Connections
Growing up in Wisconsin created an incessant love for water. Lisa searches for the blue areas on the map that allow her to paddle board, raft, or boat on rivers and lakes. Her favorite spots are along the Arkansas river in Buena Vista & Salida, the reservoirs, and even Kentucky!
Lisa also enjoys telemark skiing, cross country skiing out her backdoor on trails through the National Forest, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and Camping.
Lisa and her husband have two adult children, Piper and Jake (in photo) who currently reside in Utah and ski competitively in Big Mountain. They enjoy chasing them all around the country, including Kings & Queens at Jackson Hole.
Lisa has been an active member of the community throughout the years, volunteering with the Alma Festival in the Clouds, Burro Days, and South Park Schools (past – Holiday Bazaar, PTO President, SPAA (Athletics).
